Digital modules, licenses, and software access are delivered through license keys, access links, or file downloads following payment confirmation. Delivery methods and expected timing are stated on the applicable product page. Access instructions and available onboarding documentation are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Provide an accurate email address and check your inbox and spam folder for delivery instructions. Keep license keys and access credentials secure. Compatibility requirements and included features are described on each product page.

If you cannot locate your delivery instructions or access your purchase, contact us through our storefront Contact page. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or access keys.

Our Deployment & Refund Policy governs refund requests, including accidental duplicate charges, billing errors, and provisioning or access failures that support cannot resolve. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.
