1. Agreement and scope

These terms govern purchases and use of digital products provided by Echo Legacy Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using a product, you agree to these terms, subject to any rights that applicable law protects.

2. Products and access

Each product page describes the included features, supported formats, requirements, delivery method, and expected delivery timing. Only features expressly included in your purchase are provided. Keep your checkout email accurate and your access credentials secure.

3. License and intellectual property

Unless separate product-specific terms state otherwise, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for your own creator or business operations. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the software or access credentials without our written permission.

We retain rights in materials we own. Third-party software, assets, and services remain subject to their owners’ rights and license terms. Rights to generated outputs depend on the applicable product and third-party terms; this policy does not promise exclusive ownership of every output.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for having permission to use the data and content you submit. You must not use our products for unlawful activity, infringement, unauthorized access, or harm to others. Review generated outputs for accuracy and suitability before using or publishing them.

5. Availability and third-party services

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, and third-party service interruptions may affect access. Specific support, compatibility, and update commitments apply only when stated in the product description or a separate agreement.

6. Refunds and access problems

Our Deployment & Refund Policy governs refund requests, including duplicate charges and access failures we cannot resolve. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products. This exclusion does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

8. Contact and changes

Contact us through the storefront Contact page or using the details below with purchase or access questions. Future changes to these terms will show an updated effective date and will not remove rights already owed to you under an existing purchase or applicable law.
