Storefront and purchasing
Our online store uses Shopify for the storefront and checkout experience. Product pages describe the features, supported formats, requirements, delivery method, and expected delivery timing for each purchase.
Digital delivery and access
Under our Deployment & Refund Policy, digital modules, licenses, and software access are delivered through license keys, access links, or file downloads following payment confirmation. The applicable product page specifies the delivery method and expected timing. Access instructions and available onboarding documentation are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Product and third-party dependencies
Requirements and compatibility vary by product. Third-party software, assets, and services remain subject to their providers’ terms and licenses. Maintenance, updates, and third-party interruptions may affect access. Support, compatibility, and update commitments apply only when stated in a product description or separate agreement.

If you experience a provisioning or access failure, contact louishewitt389@gmail.com or call 463-324-9135. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or access keys. Our Deployment & Refund Policy describes remedies for unresolved access failures and billing errors.
Privacy and responsible use
Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed. Keep your access credentials secure and review generated outputs for accuracy and suitability before using or publishing them.
Technical scope
This overview does not specify product hosting locations, API endpoints, encryption configurations, retention periods, or infrastructure providers. Product-specific technical documentation should be consulted for those details.
