Digital delivery

Digital modules, licenses, and software access are delivered through license keys, access links, or file downloads following payment confirmation. Delivery methods and expected timing are stated on the applicable product page. Access instructions and available onboarding documentation are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Refunds

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, purchases are final once working access credentials or system files have been successfully delivered.

Full refunds are available for accidental duplicate charges or billing errors, and for provisioning or access failures that Echo Legacy Labs support cannot resolve. If you prefer, we may offer replacement access instead of a refund, with your agreement.

Contact support

Report a duplicate charge or access failure through our storefront Contact page. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or access keys.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any refund, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
